I gave Nikki a tough job. I was going o discuss what I needed to do to get my house ready to list and then found I needed to list it right now. I was moving to a Continuing Care Retirement Community and had a 90 day hold on my preferred apartment. So I needed to get the house ready, list and sell,and close quickly. Nikki was up to the task. She suggested a reasonable listing price (I had been keeping up with the market in my neighborhood), arranged for a stager, and helped get the house ready to show for the Realtor walkthrough. When the offer came through we discussed possible counters and came up with one acceptable to the buyers. Needless to say, the house closed well within my time frame. I was extremely pleased with the service Nikki provided.
